At Discount Lighting, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fixtures aren't a perfect fit, you can return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully repackage the lighting fixtures in their original manufacturer boxes, ensuring all mounting hardware and instructions are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
